1. General Terms

Eaglefelt is an online store operated by Expomatto Oy (Business ID: 0696597-0) (the “Seller”). The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The terms applicable to each order shall be those in force at the time the order is placed.

The Seller shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by force majeure events. Force majeure refers to unforeseeable and exceptional circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties. The Seller shall notify the customer of such circumstances as soon as reasonably possible.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation and the mandatory laws of the Customer’s country of residence. Where the Customer is acting in the course of business, any agreed terms shall apply, supplemented where relevant by applicable laws governing commercial and international sales.

2. Parties

The “Customer” refers to any individual placing an order through the online store. A person is deemed to be a Customer once they have:

  • accepted these Terms and Conditions and confirmed their order; and
  • completed payment using the selected payment method or otherwise confirmed the order in accordance with provided instructions.

3. Orders

Once an order has been received, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for reviewing the confirmation and ensuring its accuracy.

If an order includes multiple products, items may be dispatched separately depending on availability. Product availability is indicated on the respective product page to the best of our knowledge at the time.

Orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched once the items arrive in our warehouse, as indicated on the product page. Such items may be shipped separately at no additional cost to the Customer.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or amend an order if a product is out of stock. In such cases, the Customer will be notified promptly and may be offered a substitute product. The Customer may accept or reject such an offer in whole or in part.

In the event of a clear typographical, technical, or pricing error, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order, even after confirmation. Orders may be modified through customer service until dispatch.

4. Products and Pricing

All prices are stated inclusive of VAT. Additional costs, including delivery charges and any applicable payment fees, will be clearly displayed prior to order confirmation.

Products are sold at the prices and conditions valid at the time of purchase, except in cases of obvious pricing errors. The Seller reserves the right to limit or refuse orders placed in unusually large quantities or due to pricing inaccuracies.

Any discrepancies in product information must be reported immediately upon receipt. The Seller is not responsible for information provided by third-party manufacturers. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product or include items not included in the purchase.

5. Payment Methods

Eaglefelt offers payment services via Paytrail Checkout, including:

  • Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Klarna
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • MobilePay
  • Bank transfer

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. The Customer must provide accurate contact details, including a valid phone number.

Certain payment methods may require identity verification. Any applicable fees will depend on the selected payment method and will be clearly presented before order confirmation.

For Klarna invoice or installment payments, the Customer must provide a personal identity number. Klarna conducts a credit assessment based on:

  1. previous payment history with Klarna
  2. the purchase amount
  3. external credit information

If invoice payment is not approved, alternative Klarna payment options may still be available.

6. Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is generally 1–6 business days but may vary depending on the delivery method, destination, and external factors.

The Seller reserves the right to modify delivery methods or estimated delivery times where necessary. The Seller is not responsible for changes made by the carrier, such as redirection of deliveries.

Deliveries exceeding 35 kg are shipped on a pallet, which remains the property of the Customer.

Risk of loss or damage remains with the Seller until delivery has been completed. Upon delivery, risk transfers to the Customer. The Customer is responsible for receiving the delivery and arranging any further transport from the delivery point.

If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (e.g. lack of access, absence of the Customer), delivery charges are non-refundable.

The Seller is not liable for damages caused by third-party carriers.

Large or heavy deliveries will be made as close as possible to the entrance. Indoor delivery or installation is not included unless separately agreed. The Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery vehicles.

7. Delayed Delivery

If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, the Seller will make reasonable efforts to inform the Customer. However, delays caused by third-party carriers may not always be communicated in advance.

Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate shipments. Pre-order items are delivered based on estimated availability, which may change due to logistical factors.

The Seller is not liable for delays or losses resulting from force majeure or actions of third parties.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The Customer has the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. This right applies only to products and does not cover services such as installation.

Returns and exchanges are free of charge using the Seller’s designated return methods.

Returned items must:

  • be unused and in original condition
  • be returned in their original, undamaged packaging
  • not contain any markings, tape, or labels affecting resale value

A completed return form must be included with the return shipment. Failure to include the form may result in delays or refusal of refund.

Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving and approving the returned items.

9. Complaints

The Customer must inspect the delivery promptly upon receipt.

Delivery errors:
Missing or incorrect items must be reported to customer service without delay.

Damaged goods:
Visible damage to packaging or products must be reported immediately to both the carrier and the Seller. Supporting documentation, including photographs, is recommended.

Manufacturing defects:
Defective products may be replaced with an identical or equivalent item. The Seller may require the return of the defective product for inspection.

10. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall seek to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation. Consumers may also seek assistance from consumer advisory services.

All disputes shall be governed by Swedish law.
