How do I make a return?
If you collected your order from a DB Schenker pickup point:
Pack the parcel in the same way it was when you received it. Place the completed return form inside the package and attach the return label that came with your order to the parcel. If it was not included, please contact us at info@eaglefelt.com and we will send it to you.
Take the parcel to your nearest DB Schenker pickup point. Please keep the receipt you receive when you hand in the return.
We process returns within 30 days of receiving them.
