Lowest Price Guarantee
As a customer of Eaglefelt, you can be confident that you are paying the lowest price on the market. We check and compare market prices for our products daily. If you find the same product at a lower price in another Swedish online store, we will match that price. This ensures that our customers always receive the lowest prices on the market.
The price guarantee applies for up to 14 days after placing your order. Our price guarantee only applies to prices offered by another official retailer. The product sold by the competitor must be new and in stock in Finland or Sweden for immediate delivery. The price guarantee does not apply to discontinued products or foreign online stores. Foreign stores are retailers whose warehouse and/or headquarters are located outside Sweden. The price guarantee also does not apply to pre-order items, meaning products that have not yet arrived at our warehouse.
If you have already purchased a product from us and later find it cheaper in another store, please email us the details of the competitor’s offer within 14 days of your purchase, and we will refund the price difference. Please note that we calculate the price difference including shipping costs.
