The delivery time for our products is normally 3–6 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. All orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Ylöjärvi, Finland. If a delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We cooperate with several suppliers and carriers, which in some cases may result in unexpected delivery delays. However, we always do our best to avoid such situations. If the delivery is delayed, you always have the right to return the product free of charge.
If your order is damaged during transport, we ask that you immediately take photos of the package and report the damage both to the transport company and to our customer service. Please also always request a written confirmation of the damage from the carrier.
