Please check your order as soon as possible after receiving the delivery to ensure that everything is correct and in good condition. If you notice any defects, errors, or damage to the outer cartons, packaging, or products, please contact our customer service immediately.
Picking errors
If you receive an order that contains incorrect items or is incomplete, please notify our customer service immediately. When reporting the issue, please also check the outer carton and packaging for any visible damage.
Damaged or broken packaging
If you notice visible damage to the packaging or the product when receiving the delivery, you must immediately report it to the carrier’s driver and to our customer service. Please send a detailed description of the issue along with photos of the damage to our customer service.
Manufacturing defects
If a product has a manufacturing or material defect covered by the warranty, you are entitled to have the product repaired, serviced, or replaced with a new or equivalent product if the original product is no longer available.
Please note that we may ask you to return the defective product to our warehouse for further handling, inspection, and possible service.
